Pakistan Army Aviation’s High-Altitude Capabilities Plus
The Airbus Helicopters H125M Fennec forms the mainstay of the Pakistan Army Aviation Corps’ (PAA) high-altitude operations fleet. On 26 January 2018, two PAA H125Ms were deployed to execute the rescue of two European climbers on Nanga Parbat, requiring both aircraft to operate at altitudes of 4,300 to 4,500 m.
